Minimum requirements for all devices

To get the best possible LiteracyPlanet experience your device must meet the requirements outlined below.

Desktop / Laptop devices

Operating Systems

Windows 10

MacOS 11.xx

Minimum Screen Resolution: 1024×768 ​

Your device must support WebGL (hardware acceleration) to run New LiteracyPlanet

Browsers

Windows and Mac: Google Chrome (recommended), Safari, Microsoft Edge (Chromium only, not legacy version) ​ NOT SUPPORTED: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Pale Moon, Microsoft Edge (older version)

Although we support the browsers listed, we recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience with LiteracyPlanet. ​ WebGL is required to run LiteracyPlanet and not all browsers support this. The graphics processor of the device must support Hardware Acceleration.

Tablet devices

Check the most recent version of the LiteracyPlanet app is installed on tablet devices.

N.B - iPhones and iPod Touch are not supported at this time.
