Exporting reports (CSV)

Teachers now have the capability to export CSV reports on Student Proficiency, Student Engagement, and Literacy Checks by applying various filters to tailor the data to their specific needs.

Available filters for Teachers:

• Date Range
• Year Level
• Class Name

Available filters for Administrators (proficiency & engagement reports only):

• Date Range
• Year Level
• Teacher Name

Once you’ve picked your filters, feel free to sort the report even more using the options below.

Once you have selected the necessary data, click on the "Data Export" to proceed.

Your selected data is all set and ready for you to hit the Export button!

You can easily find your download right next to the profile dropdown.

Once your download is finished, you'll notice a little count next to the download symbol showing how many times you've downloaded reports—it's like having a friendly reminder of your progress!

 You can now choose the report you'd like to download in a CSV format.

Once you have successfully downloaded your report to your device, the download link will be removed from the LiteracyPlanet download button.

If there are no reports available for download, a notification will be displayed to inform you.
